GCCO (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the AI Traffic Dashboard service, which helps businesses understand referral traffic from AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data.

Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google and grant us access to your Google Analytics 4 property:

  • We request read-only access to GA4 metrics and dimensions (sessions, users, traffic sources, landing pages).

  • We do not collect or store any personal data from your Google account beyond your email address (used to identify your account).

How We Use Information

We use your GA4 data solely to:

  • Display referral traffic reports in your dashboard,

  • Generate PDF exports of reports upon request,

  • Provide strategic recommendations based on traffic patterns.

We do not:

  • Share GA4 data with third parties,

  • Use your GA4 data for advertising,

  • Sell or resell your GA4 data.

Data Storage & Security

  • If you authorize offline access, we store a refresh token to maintain connection to your GA4 property. Tokens are encrypted at rest.

  • We may cache aggregated traffic metrics in our database for reporting and historical analysis.

  • All communications are encrypted via HTTPS.

User Control & Data Deletion

  • You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

  • You may request deletion of your tokens and cached data by contacting us at support@gcco.io. Upon request, we will delete associated data from our systems.
